More 2006 Thanksgiving in CA.
The whole gang, the "Rosenows" Paul, Susan, Tim, Steve, and myself. Timmy & Timmy (check out those locks) and The Girls. Fun and Food would best describe this gathering on Saturday.

2006 Thanksgiving Weekend in Sierra Madre, CA
Here we have the Herlache family, sister Suzan, Dan, Mattie, and Adrian at their home in Sierra Madre relaxing after enjoying one of my wine dinners.
On Saturday the rest of the family gathered at Su/Dan's home. Alondra brought her friend. Finally we have Eileen and brother Paul.

UCSD! Here are a few pics of a night with my son, David in San Diego. Great friends, many laughs, alternate ping pong, live music, PRICELESS!

Wisconsin Winter wonderland! This is the scene the morning after I returned from Ireland. November 11, 2006 Enjoy! The 2007 1800cc Honda Goldwing is my latest purchase. ABS braking, airbag, and navigator system. Can you spot four 'mis-statements' in the last 2 lines?

Ireland: The land of Guinness! There certainly was no shortage of Guinness as we traveled throughout this beautiful country. Perhaps a glimpse of heaven! A visit to the Jameson Distillery was of course mandatory. Our friends John & Lisa, Heather & Brenda, and the always popular Phil of Lurch are featured enjoying themselves at one of the local pubs. (all pubs are local) As for putting me behind the wheel, right side mind you, that was not a good idea. The tiny one lane roads and narrow city streets made driving .....best left to the professional, Brenden, our driver. He was a great driver and tour host throughout the week.

Ireland: The Rock of Cashel and one of many pubs in Ireland. We had a gut busting laugh over the photo of Phil. The doorway was 9 foot tall. Yes, Kelley Bros. Brewing Company was well represented in Ireland.

Ireland: Two views. The Cliffs of Moher, which are on the Atlantic side were stunning. My photo does not in any way due it justice. You must go see for yourself. The 2nd photo is from the top of Blarney Castle where one can kiss the Blarney stone if you're willing and able to climb 120+ narrow winding wet slippery steps to the top. They say that if one kisses the stone he/she will be able to speak eloquently. Paraphrased: you will be filled with Blarney. Sorry to say, I kissed it twice.

Ireland was amazing! These two photos are just a small sample of this beautiful country. The Temple Bar in Dublin is a landmark. It is also the name of an area of Dublin filled with pubs and other stores that we never got to. The two ladies are Brenda and Heather who were 2 of the tirdy-tree group members on our tour. Many hearty laughs with Phil and these two. More stories and pics to folow.
