Third day of the incredible EAA AirVenture. Very cool planes. Today it was Cathy, her sister, Sharon, and her husband, Steve that attended the shows. The coolers were loaded, the sandwiches made, and the chips were crisp...we were ready. The air show lasted almost 3 hours and the return of the Harrier jet was impressive. The day was gorgeous with a slight breeze and a few clouds, as the photos show.
After the show we headed back to the cars and dined sumptuously on sandwiches and cool beverages. About 8pm we packed up our chairs and headed back to the Theatre in the Woods where the ventriloquist, Jeff Dunham was performing. What a crowd! Not sure if the people outnumbered the mosquitoes or what! The guy is pretty funny, and for those of you that haven't' heard of him, he has 3, 4 if you count the Mexican stick, dummies. Walter, Ahhkmed, and Peanut. A great laugh. It was after 11:30 before returning home. Way past this old man's bed time.

You have over used the retirement angle!

How long b-4 we see you with hammer and nails, working on your new abode?

What about a shot of the lawnmower ready for use ... even if it won't be you pushing the thing! Just get it to the lawn and pretend your about to do something.
