Buenos Dias mi Amgios!
Tapas del Mundo, a restaurant in Bucerias, was the scene on Tuesday at 10:30am....we took a fabulous 3 hour cooking class. Jorge was the entertainer/chef/owner while Rosie did most of the work.
6 of us attended and we watched and sampled the making of 6 or 7 dishes.
More info to come later today or tomorrow or the next day.....off to Puerto Vallarta today for some excitement.
