Injury update!
Somehow, and it’s still a mystery, I have injured my big left toe and the two trips to town every day are much slower and painful. (thankfully no photos) I am at the clinic while I wait. Aka… The Shamrock. Pain pills are 10 pesos with a lime, after 5pm. Mexico has a great health care program! 10 peso co-pay during happy hour. But back to my toe……..how can you hurt your toe while sleeping? Whether it’s during the day or night? Pack some ibuprofen if you come down.

New dryer update!
This year my condo has supplied a washer. Yeah! In previous years I had to drop my laundry off where they washed, dried, and folded my clothes. Hey, wait, that was pretty easy….now I have to do all that. Regardless, the place does not have a dryer so I went in search of one, yesterday. See photo. For about $4.00 I found a luxury model. I tried it out this morning and although it’s a bit slow, it works. We’re talking clean underwear from now on. Perhaps I should have brought 2 pair.
